How to submit a Housekeeping, Pest control or sanitization Service Request Form

Step 1:How to Login?

• Navigate to https://iprocess.hbku.edu.qa/

• Login with HBKU Email ID and Password
• Authenticate with DUO
• Click on Send me a Push and approve from your mobile.

Step 2:How to Submit a request for Housekeeping, Pest control or sanitization Services

• All HBKU employees can submit this request.
• Under Employee tab, in Forms I can Submit(Staff) section.
• Click onWorkplace Service Request For  Housekeeping, Pest control or sanitization.

• Once a request is submitted, an acknowledgment email will be sent to the requestor.
