How to submit Proposal Internal Approval Form(PIA)
Step 1: Log in
- Navigate to https://iprocess.hbku.edu.qa/
- Login with HBKU Email ID and Password
- For Staff:
- Authenticate with DUO
- Click on Send me a Push and approve from your mobile.
- For Students:
- Will be directed to the iprocess system automatically.
Step 2:
- Click on Sponsored Research Office Portal and Under the section SRO Forms- I Can Submit Click on Proposal Internal Approval (PIA) form
Step 3: Fill in the request details and add the required supporting documents
- Tab 1: Request details
- TAB 2: Supporting Documents
- Once all the request details are filled in and required documents are attached. Click on Submit Request.
