How to submit a Workplace Service Maintainance Request?
Step 1: Login
- Navigate to https://iprocess.hbku.edu.qa/
- Login with HBKU Email ID and Password
- Authenticate with DUO
- Click on Send me a Push and approve from your mobile.
Step 2: Submit a Workplace Service Maintainance Request
- All Employees of HBKU can submit this request.
- Under Employee Tab, In Forms I can Submit Section , click on Workplace Service Maintainance Request
- Fill in all the required details:
- Click on Submit Request
- Once a request is submitted, an acknowledgment email will be sent to the requestor.
