How to submit a request for IP Phone
- Log in to the Maktabi Portal at https://portal.qf.org.qa using your HBKU Email ID and Password.
- After logging in, scroll down and click “View All Services”
- Scroll down till you find Telecom request
- Click Submit a New Request
- Fulfill needed fields and click submit to start request workflow . You will receive notification email
