How to Join Meetings on WebEx
- If someone invites you to a WebEx meeting, you will receive an email invitation with instructions on how to join in an email invitation
- You can click the ‘Join Meeting’ link to join the meeting
- You can either join with the Webex Application by clicking on Open Webex or Join from your browser. For more clarity and functionality, we suggest always using the Webex application.
- Click on Join Meeting, you can select Audio and Video ON or OFF.
