How to Change User Password and Unlock account From Password Portal
Self Service- Password Portal
- Navigate to https://password.hbku.edu.qa
- Enter your HBKU email ID and password
- To verify your identity, you need to answer three questions from the list of questions shown in the screen and then click ‘Next’
- Choose ‘Password Reset’ and enter ‘New Password’, re-enter the password to confirm and click ‘Next’
- To unlock account Choose ‘Account Unlock’ and click on Next.
- You will receive a confirmation once the password is reset
- Note: Only a Registered User can use this portal for a password reset.
