How to submit a Space Planning Request?
Step 1: Log in
- Navigate to https://iprocess.hbku.edu.qa/
- Login with HBKU Email ID and Password
- Authenticate with DUO
- Click on Send me a Push and approve from your mobile.
Step 2: Submit a Space Planning Request Form
- Focal points of each HBKU department can submit this request.
- Click on EMPLOYEE > FORMS I CAN SUBMIT > UNIVERSITY FACILITIES SUPPORT & SERVICE.
- Click on Space Planning Request Form
- Fill in the details and attach the required documents
- Click on Submit Request.
- Once a request is submitted, an acknowledgment email will be sent to the requester.
