- Open the URL of the Knowledge Base in any browser that you have on your computer: https://learn.microsoft.com
- Click ‘Sign in’ in the upper right corner of the page
- A new screen will open. Enter your HBKU email address, followed by your Password and ‘Sign in’
- It will ask you for MFA, please approve the DUO notification in your mobile
- Then you are logged into Microsoft Learning webpage.
